The Marquis Bayou Marina, formerly the Marquis Bayou Boathouse, is a quiet, deep water Marina located off the Blackwater River in Milton, FL. We offer covered and uncovered boat slips / boat docks for rent on a monthly basis. The slips are open to the public on a first come first served basis. Sorry, no live-a-boards are permitted.


Convenient to Pace, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Navarre our slips range from 8 to 22 feet in width with water and electric. Bridge clearance to the ocean is about 40 feet.

Slips are available to tenants 24/7

Rates

$7 per foot for uncovered slips

$8 per foot for covered slips.

For the purpose of determining "feet", take the length of your boat. Multiply the length of your boat by the appropriate rental rate.

Boat slip rentals are subject to 7.0% Sales Tax.
